General Construction in Bali
MPM Construction Services Bali delivers construction for villas, resorts and residential developments. Our work connects the building structure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems (MEP), and architectural finishing within an agreed project scope.
From structure to finishing
Construction begins with coordinated drawings and specifications. Foundation and structural work needs to align with drainage, service routes and later finishes. Checking these interfaces before work is covered helps identify conflicts while they can still be corrected.
Building for a tropical climate
Waterproofing, roof drainage, ventilation and material protection deserve attention throughout the build. We bring a European-quality approach to the site-specific conditions in Bali, rather than treating finishing as a substitute for sound construction beneath it.
Construction or construction management?
General construction concerns delivery of building work. Construction management coordinates contractors, quality, programme and costs. If you need someone acting on your behalf rather than building the project, consider owner’s representation. Responsibilities and commercial relationships should be clear before appointment.
Agree the delivery scope
Define the drawings, specifications, exclusions, programme, payment milestones and approval process. Pools, external works, specialist systems and furnishings should be explicitly included or excluded rather than assumed to be part of the building contract.
Completed project examples
Our portfolio records the scope of each project. Villa Uni includes turnkey design-build delivery, while Ubud 1 includes design development, structure, MEP, finishes and pool works. Explore the project photographs and recorded scopes to compare the work with your brief.
